Board of Trustees (BOT): Member Responsibility

1. Fiduciary responsibility beyond financial oversight
2. Provide oversight to assure IAPA’s mission, vision, Constitution and Bylaws are followed and respected
3. Attend BOT conference call organized by BOT Chair.
4. Be available to guide IAPA EC Member, whenever requested by IAPA President, in BOT Member’s particular area of expertise.
5. To review grants each year and identify a recipient
6. To develop ideas that would enhance mental health care of Indians in the community in the US through IAPA chapters
